Workout fads come and go, but no other form of exercise is as enduring as yoga.
Did someone say "downward facing dog'?

Using no oil or lotion, this targeted Myofascial massage focuses on the fascia (a membrane surrounding muscles) and problem areas to decrease pain, increase range of motion, improve flexibility, breakup and decrease adhesions and realign muscle fibers.
This deep Neuromuscular massage focuses on fingers used to knead individual muscles, increase blood flow and release "trigger points."

Personal Training
Sierra Fitness trainers actively engage with clients during time together, offer appropriate cuing and provide constructive feedback.
Our trainers provide instruction in proper exercise techniques, understanding of bio-mechanics.
Occasionally both trainer and client need to lighten up a bit!
Our personal trainers are certified by reputable organizations, are experienced in the training process and understand what to expect from their clients.
Our trainers make time to assess a prospective client's initial needs, strengths, weaknesses.
Trainers will develop a plan/program to work toward specific, measurable goals in a specific time frame, which are relevant and achievable for their clients.
Nothing is better than one-on-one personal training. And it can be fun, too!
